Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong Space Museum|Witnessing the journey of the Chinese nation's dream of spaceflight:The sky show Building a Dream Palace
Description
The sky show “Building a Heavenly Palace” will take the audience on a journey through a thousand years, from the mythical stories of Pangu creating the world and Chang'e flying to the moon, to today's Tianhe space station independently built by China, witnessing the journey of the Chinese nation's dream of spaceflight.
The audience will witness how China built this technologically advanced Tianhe space station from scratch, including its uniquely designed flexible solar wings, advanced electric propulsion system, and dexterous extravehicular robotic arms. The audience will also visit this space home and get a glimpse of how astronauts live and conduct scientific experiments in a weightless environment.
Looking into the future, the space station will become the mother port for humanity's journey into the vast universe. From the moon to Mars, a new deep-space journey is about to unfold, continuing the dream-building chapter for all mankind.
The 8:00pm show on Friday and the 6:30pm show on Saturday will be in English, while the rest will be in Cantonese.
The audience can choose from the following languages through a multi-language headphone system: Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
